{flourless} pb chocolate chunk cookies

Today's post is short and {very} sweet. These tasty treats are quick, addictive and only require six ingredients - you have no excuse but to whip yourself up a batch this weekend! 

Plus, they're flourless - which means their healthy.

Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies {slightly adapted from Joy the Baker}
makes two dozen small cookies

- 1 cup natural peanut butter {chunky or smooth}
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- one egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- half of one package chocolate chunks
  1. Preheat your oven to 350. 
  2. Mix peanut butter and sugars until completely combined. {Using a mixer will make your life easier, but hand-mixing is doable!}
  3. Stir in egg and baking soda into the batter.
  4. Gently fold in your chocolate chunks. 
  5. Create one-inch balls of batter and place them on a greased or lined baking sheet. Flatten with a fork to get those pretty marks!
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. These cookies are very delicate and soft when they're done, but will set up as they cool. 
  7. Enjoy!
