This weekend, my friends and I visited Signature Wines of Ohio - an urban winery tucked away on the East side of Columbus. We tasted each of the six wines that they make in house {ranging from delicious, un-oaked chardonnay to rich port}, and got a lesson on urban winemaking. Not only do they make some delicious wines, they also offer a custom label-making service - perfect for unique gifts and special events. Signature Wines is currently expanding and renovating, with some very exciting plans for the near future - a sangria festival {sign me up!}, dinner-and-wine pairings, and larger tours and events.
